Return & Refund Policy

60-Day Return Guarantee

We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.

Eligibility

• Item must be returned within 60 days of the delivery date
• Item must be in its original or reasonable condition (normal wear from testing is accepted)
• Include the original packaging if possible

How to Start a Return

1. Email hello@lumibeam.us with your order number and reason for return
2. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day
3. Drop off the package at any USPS or UPS location
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 3–5 business days to your original payment method

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the credit.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrived defective or damaged, please email us at hello@lumibeam.us with photos within 30 days of delivery. We will ship a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.

1-Year Warranty

All products sold by LumiBeam include a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
