Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and chosen shipping method. A tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your order is fulfilled.
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on all orders to the contiguous United States.
International Shipping
At this time, LumiBeam ships to the United States only. We are working to expand international shipping in the future.
